国内において未曽有の少子高齢化に向かう昨今、労働力不足は多くの企業にとって重要な課題となっています。労働力確保と生産性の向上は今後の日本社会における大きなテーマであり、そこには多様な働き方をキーにした具体的な企業の対応が求められます。

今回のセミナーでは、「多様な働き方」に焦点を当て、今後日本企業が労働力不足と向き合う際に知っておかなければならないこと、また労務管理という実務における視点から社会保険労務士が解説します。

特定社会保険労務士／東京圏雇用労働相談センター相談員

経営管理学修士（ＭＢＡ）課程卒業後、学んだノウハウを生かしベンチャー支援を行う。会社の就業規則作成、労働トラブル対応や労務環境整備を中心業務とし、育児や介護に携わる社員の両立支援対策など、ダイバーシティマネジメント（多様な人材活用）にも注力している。その他、現在、都内のがん診療連携拠点病院にて、がん患者就労相談に8年従事し、仕事と治療の両立支援を行っている。

●Preliminary knowledge you need to know when hiring someone  (understanding of Japanese  management style,
work environment, diversified employment patterns, and cultural customs)

●Knowledge of hiring plans and labor costs, and the use of student interns, which should not be forgotten when
making business plans.

●Appendix
