”退職”にあたっては企業と従業員の間で最もトラブルが起こりやすく、ちょっとしたボタンの掛け違いで大きなトラブルに発展してしまうことがあります。

講師：遠藤　千尋　氏

東京圏雇用労働相談センター相談員／弁護士
教育学修士取得後、弁護士資格を得て、都内の法律事務所勤務。3年弱のITスタートアップ勤務と外部企業の顧問弁護士業を兼務し、法務のみならずISMSなどの情報セキュリティ業務にも従事。主に、IT業界を始めとしたスタートアップ企業や中小企業の法務業務（人事や情報セキュリティなどの隣接領域含む）を得意とし、外部「法務部」として企業目線でのアドバイスを行なっている。
