■Part1: Resident status required to start a business or work in Japan

We will explain the status of residence required for foreigners to work or conduct business in Japan, dividing it into several cases. For example, we will look at how the status of residence differs when an individual foreigner establishes a company, when a foreign company establishes a subsidiary, and when a foreigner works for an existing company. Among other things, we plan to take a closer look at the business management visa.
