Tax accountant Mr. Mitsuhiro Kashimura.

He has experience working in a leading Tax Accountant Corporation, large mercantile company, bank, overseas consulting firm.
After that, he founded Leads & Company, Inc. and the L&C Certified Public Tax Accountant’s Office in order to establish a comprehensive consultancy group.
He also had worked as a tax advisor, a financial advisor, a supporter, etc. for a wide range of industries.

 

Part②「Need-to-know information about HR in Japan」

In this seminar, you will be able to learn about basic information such as required procedures (social insurance etc.) and a confirmation of employment status (contract of employment) for the representatives who works in Japanese branch of the foreign enterprise. It also includes how to conduct the proper personnel labor management for those representatives.

2003年トッパントラベルに入社。業務渡航手配事業(Business Travel Management)等、海外、国内の業務渡航に関するコンサルティング、航空券販売等大手外資系企業、日系企業を中心とした法人営業に携わる。2010年より新規事業として人事担当者向け商材「海外人事サポート」を設立、海外進出、出向に関わる業務手配、コンサルティングと、外国人社員受入業務としてビザコンサル、採用から受入体制のアドバイス等を日系企業中心に展開。今までに手掛けた企業は電子機器メーカー、医療機器メーカー、ゲームメーカーなど約200社。年間外国人受入500名程度。

■概要

現在多くの業界で外国人人材の活用に注目が集まっています。特に2019年４月には特定技能制度が設立され、仕事能力が高くかつ日本語能力も高い外国人の採用がしやすい状況となりました。しかし、外国人採用の手続きは非常に複雑で、また、外国人特有の労務管理も必要となってきます。
本セミナーでは、外国人労働者（特定技能労働者）の傾向、外国人採用に必要な手続き、採用後に注意すべき労務管理・労働関係法令等について解説します。

 

〈第１部〉「特定技能ビザを志望する人材の傾向を解説～特定技能労働者のアンケート結果や現地調査をもとに分析～」

アンケート結果や現地調査の声をもとに、特定技能労働者が、就業先を決める上で重視するポイントや、企業による採用セミナー開催時の留意点など、特定技能人材の傾向について解説します。

 

〈第２部〉「外国人採用（特定技能）と採用後のサポート～募集・雇用契約・労務管理のポイント～」

今注目されている外国人採用（特定技能）の手続き、および、採用後の外国人の労務管理についてポイントごとに、社会保険労務士よりわかりやすく解説します。

In order to prevent post-employment problems between employers and workers, it is important to follow the correct procedures from job offer to hiring, and to conclude a clear and consistent contract. Using specific examples, a lawyer skilled in labor law will thoroughly explain how to handle post-offer situations, the importance of employment condition notices, and the concept of probationary periods.
