This seminar is intended for foreign entrepreneurs and HR managers of global companies who are looking to expand their business in Japan, when they hire people in Japan for the first time, or when they form a business alliance with a Japanese company and establish a company organization. It covers basic knowledge of employment, labor management, social insurance system, etc., including specific case studies on labor relations issues and human resource issues that are expected to arise in the future.

●Preliminary knowledge you need to know when hiring someone  (understanding of Japanese  management style,
work environment, diversified employment patterns, and cultural customs)

●Knowledge of hiring plans and labor costs, and the use of student interns, which should not be forgotten when
making business plans.
